Join Us as we Walk with the Warriors!

This year, hundreds of disabled veterans will be trekking around the nation, from summiting Gannett Peak in Wyoming to exploring the wilderness of the Grand Canyon — all while shattering their personal barriers.

These veterans will be using their No Barriers experiences to move beyond a wide range of both combat and non-combat related injuries from post-traumatic stress to traumatic brain injury to amputation.

While you can’t be with the veterans on their expedition, you can show your support by joining the Walk with the Warriors campaign and ensuring our brave participants they are not walking alone in their recoveries.

Walk With the Warriors is a fundraising and walking campaign to support No Barriers Warriors’ programs.

Most of our Warriors will be walking about 50 miles on their journeys, so we ask that you set your own walking goal for the fundraising team you join. We recommend a fundraising goal of $500 through your walking, and the No Barriers team is here to help you reach your goals with fundraising tips, easy ways to share your fundraising page on your personal social media channels and awesome prizes for reaching fundraising milestones.

Walkers who raise $100 will receive a free Fitbit to track their steps. Once you receive your Fitbit, you’ll be able to sync your steps to our campaign, where we’ll be tracking the number of miles each team walks and sharing national totals throughout the fall to show our support.

Those who raise $250 will also receive a tote bag, $500 or more earns a Walk with the Warriors water bottle, and those who raise $1,000 or more will earn a TASC Performance pullover.

You can join a team and participate now through October. By signing up, walking isn’t the only way you’re showing your support: You’re taking the No Barriers’ Warrior Strong Pledge* to show a continued commitment to support the wounded veterans of No Barriers Warriors’ programs as well as all of the men and women who have so bravely served our country.
